Comments: Kept on pace for 18 miles. Seemed very easy for first half. I could have easily run a 1:38 half. Endurance just not there from all the time taken off for AT issues. What would you do differently?: run more. Duck tape nipples. Post race

Got up at 3:30 AM. 1 cup coffee. Banana. Slice of whole wheat veggie pizza. 1 scrambled egg with Quinou. Drove at 4:30 to race. Took bus from finish to start.
Pre-Race Weight. 167.6
Stretched a little at start. Made sure to go to the bathroom.
