Very difficult swim, first OWS since Sept of 2010 so this was expected. Wetsuit felt tight and restrictive, did horrible job drafting and sighting and wasted a lot of energy fighting form. Overall come out of water in a decent position to work my way up the leaderboard.

Very fast course, second lap was very congested just rode near the yellow line passing traffic. Felt very good racing and pushing the pace.

Run felt really good, next race will have to not be content with the pace im running and make surges when I get passed so I can get closer to the overall podium. Very tough course, If you count them up there were 10, TEN out and backs tough to get into rythem but did my best, the run is coming together slowly!
