Comments: Kept to my plan of running 1k, walking 500m to conserve my IT band. Pace of running was good, possibly less than 6min/k. I was running a little out of my continuous pace that had me wanting to reach the end of the running sections. I locked my Garmin by accident before the start of the race, and didn't know how to unlock it. So I had no electronics to go by for it. What would you do differently?: Be nice to try to run the entire distance instead of having to run/walk it. Post race
