Comments: Started out with two fast runner friends who pushed me too hard in the first 2 miles...HR was probably about 165 the whole time. I finally convinced them to leave me at mile 2 and then hated the next 2 miles. At mile 4, I hit my second wind and ran an 8 minute mile and then had a really strong finish. I wanted to beat 1 hour and I did, so I'm pleased. What would you do differently?: Pace differently at the beginning. Arrive at start earlier so I would have time to stretch. Post race
