Not a bad swim. Water was comfortable. At first the waves looked crowded but not bad once we got out there. I stayed clear of the crowds at the buoys

Need to work on my bricks. My legs felt sluggish but my time wasn't too bad. The volunteers turned the first 15 runners around at the duathlon turnaround so their times reflected a 1+ mile short run
