Pre-race routine:

Woke up around 5:30. Drank coffee, took shower, ate bagel and bannana. Walked to start and met the run group around 7AM. Took off all extra clothes and ate a package of chomps before we warmed up.
Event warmup:

Ran about .5 miles to loosen up. Streched a bit after, then walked up to the corral. We lined up (if I remember correctly) in the back of corral 3.
