Did an easy jog with Jenn to warm up and then did some active stretching.

Felt good, and while I pushed it on the downhills, I was cautious on the uphill portions so my overall time was not quite as fast as I would have liked (I was hoping for a sub-28 finish).
What would you do differently?:

Push more on the uphill portions.
