Didn't push things too hard with Eagleman coming up next week. Basically treated this as a last hard training ride. Manayunk Wall was very steep, but not too long so it was doable. Saw a lot of people walking their bikes up the Wall on the first loop - I suspect many of them dropped out after the first lap because I didn't see it again.

Totally a fun event. We rode the amateur course for three laps. By the third, people were really gathering for the pro ride in Manayunk, so lots of cheers, chicks, and cowbells as we rode up the Wall.

After we finished, we plunked out butts down at Lemon Hill, drank some beer, and watched the pro ride. Good times.
