Is it me or is that a toilet and a windshield behind him?  Also, what is up with the guy crouching behind the basket ball hoop??  I kept waiting for him to tell them he tried to shoot the guys tires out with his musket. 

Perhaps he wears the coonskin cap because his mullet hasn't grown in yet.
