here again bike is stronger like north bay, did not loose ground like earlier races in 2004 and 2005, first time with tri bars, got close to 30km hour goal, really enjoyed this bike

not much, longest ride in a race yet, probably can push more on bike than i think, confidence

cramping, had to rest, buddy had same problem, third bonk of the year, still at 5:31, should be 2 minutes faster, lost alot of ground with this run again, bottom half
