Subject: Placing a new credit card on file
My credit card on file was cancelled because it was stolen and when my online coaching went to renew it cancelled due to a failed transaction. How do I enter a new credit card to renew my coaching (I don't need a new gold/silver plan, because I still have 2 paid months left). Thanks!

Fixed, you can now go to 'our services', and only have to select 'coaching' to your existing membership - which as you checkout add a new CC.
