Subject: RE: weigh in Monday'shello there I would love to join this group as I have been very slack lately and really want to get down to my pre pregnancy weight especially as my girls are now 3 and 6. Completed my first tri season this summer and would feel alot better in my tri suit if i could drop a few pounds. I also used to run alot before i had the girls and know the weight can make a difference to performance. Current weight is 131 approx but i will weigh again tomorrow My goal weight is 121 which maybe a little ridiculas as we are approaching the festive season!!!!!! Great to read some of your great results so far, keep it up. Will weigh and check in tomorrow, all the best xx |
