Thanks SevenZulu.  I am just under 7 weeks from my first tri so I am pushing pretty hard right now to get some more pounds off. 

Everybody here seems to be on track.  Anybody got any good tips or hints that work well for them??

My two biggies are:

     1. Don't drink any calories.

     2. Really watch what you eat after dinner. I eat very little and if I do, low or no carbs.

Anyhone else?

Sorry I have been absent. I am traveling to Australia today!! So have been super busy getting the family ready to go. Also scared to step on the scales. I might after my workout today to see where I am befor we leave and then after the flight. Will be gone for 4 weeks but hope to check in with you guys now and then while I am away.

I`m back!! You should go, it`s brilliant!! Go do a tri as they seem to have one every weekend or even just a 5k.

I will weigh in tomorrow, not sure what the scales will say...scary!!

Started late last week really tracking my calories.  I think the reason I have maintained and not lost over the last 7 weeks is because I am not as conscious of the "bite here, bite there" that really add up.

Hey there. I haven't visited this forum in a long time. I was steadily losing weight from January to July. I fell off the wagon so to speak in late July, and rather than waiting 10 years to get it back together like the LAST time, I am back on the weight loss trip as of this month. I had a heck of a bounceback too. Back up to 264.7 after dropping to 244. 

So, I am posting again to help stay accountable. 

Sept 17 (my daughter's 9th birthday) 264.7

Sept 24 - 259.6

hello there

I would love to join this group as I have been very slack lately and really want to get down to my pre pregnancy weight especially as my girls are now 3 and 6. Completed my first tri season this summer and would feel alot better in my tri suit if i could drop a few pounds. I also used to run alot before i had the girls and know the weight can make a difference to performance.

Current weight is 131 approx but i will weigh again tomorrow

My goal weight is 121 which maybe a little ridiculas as we are approaching the festive season!!!!!!

Great to read some of your great results so far, keep it up.

Will weigh and check in tomorrow, all the best xx
