Ok 100.2 % Tongue out here, but my back's not happyUndecided (hopefully it's fine in the A.M.)

Stage 14 - 45 minutes on the road with the old Giant for over 13 miles until it got to dark to ride.

Stage 15 - 1 hour on the trainer with the Giant (still no sensors), which really killed my back that was already hurting from moving 30+50 pounds bags up and down the ladder Friday evening.  It might have hurt but I got it done and think I will be getting back this old bike that FITS and a few dollars.

I have enjoyed this challenge with each and everyone of you and hope this year to keep it going afterwards.  Hopefully yall will stay on my butt because I fell off pretty bad after doing good last year.  It seems like this is the only thing that gets my butt on the bike.

Go Team Garmin

doctorbob18 - 2012-07-21 12:46 PM I got in my last little spin before IMLP tomorrow. Its my first IM so I'm feeling quite nervous! I increased my goals slightly to match where I will be at with the 112mi bike. Lets finish strong Garmin!!!!

I pray it is a spectacular day for you.  You have done the work - race day is where you reap the benefits.  Long before this time tomorrow,

You will be an IRONMAN!!!!

The sprint to the finish line is on! Omega Pharma is challenging Sky for the lead! Be careful, or these teams might just launch Garmin to the finish line.

Omega Pharma = 95.8%

Sky = 95.8%

Garmin = 92.6%

BMC = 87.7%

Liquigas = 83.9%

Europcar = 79.6%

Second group to cross the line in Paris

Sky - ceilidh = brings team to 100%

Garmin - chrisrunz26 = brings team to 93.5%

Europcar - sappho96 = brings team to 83.6%

No change in the other teams. Sky is in yellow but will they have to share the glory with another team?

Lookit that.  13 years of French Immersion are still in there somewhere!  Had 2 stages left to get done today, but also a run on tap, so did a little reverse du to fit it all in.  Warm up ride, run, cool down ride.  Really enjoyed the challenge and being a part of this team!

Way to go on your IM Bob!!

As a team, we ended up at 98.43 - great job to everyone who met goals, pushed themselves, overcame injuries and reduced goals, and all in all got out and rode.
