Swim
Comments: about 40 in the wave, it is a shallow lake, so bunching was a problem, i was on people, people were on me, i ended up stopping let the bunch spread out an d then get going, so know this took up maybe 30 seconds of the total swim, plus i struggled with breathing due to m cold, so i recon i could have had a minute off this time 80/120!!!!!!!!!! What would you do differently?: be healthy & a better swimmer Transition 1
Comments: wore socks as this was not a priority race but next week is and didnt want to get blisters, so took a min or so to get socks on What would you do differently?: would not wear socks normally in short race didnt giv e transition any tnhought so was bumbling Bike
Comments: was struggling on the bike due to illness so went as hard as possible, but was very out of breathe, overtook a fair few people but hard to tell what wave they were in, 17/120!!!!!!! Transition 2
Comments: trainers and hat on and took gel with me as i didnt take it on the bike, What would you do differently?: bumbled Run
