Subject: RE: arch pains/plantar fasciitis If you have Planar Fasciitis, it is most likely due to your arches not being supported enough so you will want to always wear shoes with good arch support (no barefoot ). There are a ton of ideas on helping with planar fasciitis (ART, stretches, OTC insoles, etc. ) but the only thing that works with regularity (that I know of ) is orthotics. You will probably want to see a podiatrist and have them first tape your arches to support them. If this helps with the problem, orthotics will help. If the taping doesn't help, a good podiatrist can help you figure out what direction to go. |
