There is a marked difference in my OWS performance in sleeved v. Sleeveless. I wore sleeveless today and had difficulty breathing, much like I've had in the past with that suit, and couldn't get into a rhythm. My training times for 1/4 mile are a minute less than today
What would you do differently?:

Need to practice more in the sleeveless

Had to take Cannondale instead of the Felt today due to a tube issue I didn't have repaired in time for the race. I used my running sneakers in the caged pedals and had difficulty getting my feat in.
