From Beach to bike exit.

The bike went really good until the dismount. I was trying to do my typical flying dismount like always.

Both feet out of the shoes and standing on my left pedal I put my right leg behind my left leg.

Here is where it gets ugly and I have always been afraid this could happen. I turned my left foot to far and my shoes came upcliped just before the dismount area. So I ended up on top of my bike.

I picked up the bike and seen a bloody arm and planned on still finishing. I got to my transition area and sat down to put my socks on I see I am missing big parts of skin on both feet. I put both socks on and the thought of me messing up my feet worse then they already are told me I should stop.

The medics where not around to look at it since there was a much worse bike accident with a group of bikes with serious conditions. I wanted to stay to watch every finish but I could barley walk and I need to get cleaned up ASAP.
