Subject: RE: custum plan questions Here's what you can do: 1 - August 2012-October 2012 (3 months) - Create a 3 month maintenance plan for the IM - keep it light in swim and bike (2x per week) as you will import the marathon plan below
- Import the Silver Full Marathon Plan (this will over-right any runs imported from the above plan, which is ok)
2 - November-Jan 6 2013 (~9 weeks) - Marathon is over, so depending on if you have any weaknesses (swim or bike), you can create a 9 week FOCUS block to work on a weakness OR
- Just create a maintenance plan
3 - January 6 - Jully 22, 2013 THINGS TO NOTE: If this is your first IM plan, 28 weeks will be ALL build. Play around first to make sure that a 28 week plan won't be 'too easy' once January comes around. IF IT IS, you can add-in another 8 week round of a sport focus plan (different sport) and create a 20 week IM plan. |
