Pre-race routine:

Ate bananna and Triple threat. Set up trasition using Shrek Towel. Used restroom. Got in the water to get used to the tempeture.
Event warmup:

Strected and prayed. Saw a guy with a trinty tatto and that is what I preached on Sunday.

Could not get one of my gloves on. I need to scrap the gloves. I could not get clipped in and the first turn after the mounting line kept you from getting great speed up.

I need to learn to run right off the bike. i am good to go by mile two but that first mile takes forever to build up to stamina.
What would you do differently?:

Pace myself better on the hills.

Event comments:

This is a well organized and great group of people race. The prizes and sponsors are outstanding. The course is well laid out and the volunteers are great. The expo and the exhibits are also great. I think they need more sag support. I noticed two people that needed a bike repair before the race could not get one. In other races there have always been some bike shop people to help and aid in purchases and repairs.

Course: This is a Hilly course. But has some real fast down hills. I had some trouble keeping in the aero position because of the up and down climbs. The turna arounds really slow you down.
