First time done this distance.
Took it steady in the water because worried that my back would lock.
It was fine and I think my pace was fairly constant all the way round.
Def could go higher intensity in the future.
It seemed to take ages to get to the end too.
What would you do differently?:

Failed dismally getting feet into shoes.
Velcro had stuck down and I couldn't figure out how to get it open.
In the end had to stop, pull my shoes off, put them on and remount.

Cornering and turns have most definitely improved and I caught quite a few people who slowed there.
Overall didn't feel like I was aggressive and driving on the bike though. I felt like I was in my comfort zone and for all my head motivation stuff just couldn't pick it up.
Still was pleased with my time.
I can improve on hills and can definitely work harder in this section

Was fairly tense on the run. Got my legs at about 6mins and speeded up then felt I should have been able to go faster but couldn't quite muster any speed. Was stuck in a rhythm.
