Subject: Just completed my first TrainerRoad workout - now what?I performed the 30s, 2min, 5min Power Test on TrainerRoad yesterday as I wanted to get the 5min power number for the BT cycling plan. It seems the default FTP of 200 was too high for me as I struggled to keep up with the recommended power for each of the intervals. Should I reduce my FTP number in my TrainerRoad profile? If so, what should I reduce it to based on this test I just performed? Does TR do it automatically based on workouts? I was thinking about doing the 20 minute power test next so that I can calculate my Critical Power, but is there another test/workout I should do before that?
