Swim
Comments: Had problem with breathing again, not sure what it was. will have to figure something out on this. What would you do differently?: not sure will have to think of something Transition 1
Comments: was a normal transition for me nothing out of the ordinary. What would you do differently?: just go faster Bike
Comments: Seemed to have a hard bike, even though I wasn't any faster. I can't tell if I just wasted so much energy on the swim. I just seemed out of the breath for the entire ride. What would you do differently?: work on my diet between the races, I haven't been watching that to closely since IMLP Transition 2

Comments: I was out of breath for most of it, caught up to a swimming buddy from the Y. Slowed down and ran most of the 5k with him. What would you do differently?: Shouldn't have slowed down to talk with buddies. I will have to just push through it and talk to them after the race Post race

got a muffin and OJ, I was I think the first person there at the race, which I like because I can just take my time and just relax
Didn't get to warm up much, was able to get into the water a little though there was a 30 minute time gap from warm up to race start.
