Comments:

After the race was over I decided to run the course. Didn't go hard at all, just ran with Patrick, Chris, and Mandy. Really wanted to see how Mandy was going to be holding up after her injury.

Was enjoyable to do it with them at a relaxed pace, a social run if you will.
