Comments:

The swim got very congested in the pool at the end. I ended up having to wait to get out of the pool due to three people in front of me trying to do the same. -- Also, the swim time includes a 200 yard run from the indoor pool to the transition area.
What would you do differently?:

Adjust my estimated 100/yd time down so I wouldn't have to deal with a slower group in front of me.

Turned the wrong way and almost ran out of transition via the bike exit arch... realized this and had to run the full length of transition to go out the correct way.

Bring on the RAIN. It poured down during the run - and not just a light rain, but a serious monsoon, get the kids and run for the shelter kind of rain.

I felt that my pacing was good - missing my run segment goal time by only 2 seconds.
