Comments: I felt strong to mile 10. My legs just went. I was averaging between a 9-9:30 pace then crashed to a 10:30 then 11 pace. What would you do differently?: I thought I did well considering I never ran more then 8 miles straight before Post race
Warm down: Drank water What limited your ability to perform faster: need more long distance running Event comments: No water or food when the 1/2 was over. The people from the 5k and 10k ate everything Last updated: 2012-10-04 12:00 AM
