Redbull Stratos

I've been watching it for about an hour, from about 15 minutes before launch. Such an awesome undertaking.

When he left the capsule, he fell so. damn. fast! 

I'm glad they broadcast that, it was cool as heck to watch.

It was in Roswell. Everyone knows that place is chock full of space critters. 

I'm late to the party, but that was pretty much the COOLEST THING EVER!  He is all sorts of awesome and crazy! (I bet his family/GF were freaked out watching that!)

I watched all but approximately 40 min. of the ascent, and was intrigued with the pre-checking they went through a little over an hour into it.  The constant reaffirmations were great.

I had sweaty palms and was getting emotional during those last 5 minutes before the jump, when they showed his Mother crying, and as he stepped off.  I felt helpless, so I couldn't imagine how and what he felt.

This was one of the most incredible things I have witnessed, which almost beats out watching some of the black and white televised moon walks back in 1969 when I was just over 4 years old.

I'm so glad he came back unhurt and alive!  Congratulations on such a feat!
