My pacing was nearly perfect. I ran the first mile in about 6:45, the second mile a little slower, then really had to dig deep to go faster on the last mile for an overall average pace of about 6:44.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. This is a personal best for me at this distance. This is surprising, because I just ran a half marathon 5 days before and was still a little tight from that.
