Event warmup:

None -- drove out to race site about 1.5 hrs from home. Got up ~2:30 to get there by the 5 am start time.

Comments:

Just a training run for me. Felt pretty good the whole time. The start was at 5 am so I got about 2.5-3 hrs or so running in the dark with my headlamp.

Course:	It's Bandera man! Lots of crazy big climbs with rocks and sotol cactus. This course is tough as it gets. I love it. The cool thing about this race is that its completely self supported. They only provide water at the aid stations every 4 miles or so. So be sure to pack your own stuff.
