Pre-race routine:

Coffee (caffeinated), 2 scoops of mud, 4 Race Leg tablets, 2 scoops of Infinit and 1/2 of a Oh Yeah! bar.

Event warmup:

Did my static stretches prior and post warm up run. W/U run lasted about 8 minutes, easy jog.

I was well hydrated prior to the race and I noticed Tom didn't stop to get water at midpoint so I didn't bother either.
What would you do differently?:

Post race
Warm down:

Minor stretches, drank water, ate a banana and half a bagel.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing, almost well rested.

I'll update this once I get the official results, which they did not have available at the race.

Event comments:

For a YMCA event, they did a very good job. The awards ceremony was inside the they were quick to get the awards to to everyone. NIce trophies and shirts to boot. Great weather and day to run.
