Comments: Learned to power walk during the race. Sore knees after, grade it a 6 0f 10. Course is a 10 as the most difficult possible surface and lack of support. 1 being easy and 10 be hardest you can amagine. What would you do differently?: Continue working my nutrition. Post race
Warm down: Cold Beer. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nutrition; got cold at mile 21 ran out of fuel. next support was 3 miles. Event comments: I knew what I was in for when I signed up.
