Most of the time I have my second thoughts about 30 seconds into the swim...and 18 miles into the bike...and at mile 9 of the run...I always find the real test of the event is mental more than physical.

Good luck on this one. When and where is it? Been looking for a reason to roadtrip south.

Hey peeps, just a few days left until race day. I'm injured but I'm on the mend. See you there. If you miss me in camp then after you finish your race, get something to drink, something to eat, shower, take a nap, and then walk down to see me finish.
