Started out at a comfortable pace; settled in to consistent 1:23's. Over the first 40 minutes or so I stayed very consistent in that range with a few 1:22's and 1:24's.

Pace slowed a bit towards the end and I didn't push too hard to keep it low... started hitting 1:25-6's over the last 1k. This could partly be due to the fact that I was pushing off a lot less hard as I started to feel some cramping in my calves and thighs.

Overall my arms and upper body felt good throughout and I probably could have pushed the pace a little more towards the end.

Could have gone a little harder and not blown up.

I probably could be a better swimmer if I went to the pool more than 1x per week.
