Comments: Short run, no drink What would you do differently?: Double check that my shoe laces are correctly and tightly tied. Had to stop. Have to get elastic laces. Transition 1
Comments: This is one tough T1. About a 400m run, up a very steep hill for about 100m. I reckon my HR was at it's highest at this point. What would you do differently?: One running shoe lace knotted. Cycling shoe went for a fly :) Have to get elastic laces. Bike
