Door County HIM sold out in record time

but do you know who you are?

Good for them, bad for me......I want to do a HIM this year but can't sign up for any until I know if my rotator cuff repair is fully healed and I'm able to do one.  

This leaves:

Racine

Dells

High Cliff

Are any of these sold out also?

Did I miss any?  What about any right over the border in MN?  

I'm pretty sure High cliff is still open.  I registered at the event last year for the HIM.  Don't fret, If you keep your eye on the facebook page there will be more than a few folks who bail on the event who want to transfer their bib.  Last year I got one about six weeks out.  People get hurt, change their mind, don't train, etc.

The good news for you and your recovering rotator cuff is that you can wait until the absolute last day to sign up for Racine.  They seem to have unlimited space and it never sells out AND it's a good race.  And don't worry about Door because, as the other poster mentioned, there will be plenty of people wanting to sell their registration over time.  If you want to get in, I'm sure you will.  Good luck and I hope that shoulder heals up well.

Better looking ME - 1/2

Last year I was able to register both my wife and I after the sell out period.  Not sure if it'll be the same this year but I just went back to the registration page on Active and was able to sign up (just checked every few days)

I did this in March and April I believe.

REV3 in the Dells is hilly, but nothing worse than we ride on already. The run is hilly. It was a  lot of fun last year. Cannot race it this year, it is 2 weeks after IM . . . but it is tempting

So much for that 'retired' stuff hey?  Well sweet, one more person to ring cow bell for on that Saturday!

You "retire" like Brett Favre and Michael Jordan...in other words, not very well.
