What would you do differently?: Probably go out faster. I think I was overly conservative at the beginning because I was afraid of bonking at the end. Shooting for under 2 hours next time! I had a long sleeve t-shirt on and a sweatshirt over that. I was planning on ditching the sweatshirt before the start but it was just too cold. Post race
Warm down: Mostly wandered around looking for my wife since we didn't set a meeting spot. Lesson learned for next time! What limited your ability to perform faster: Just conditioning. It was a perfect day weather wise and I didn't have any injuries. Last updated: 2013-03-03 12:00 AM

Woke up at 5am and had peanut butter toast and oatmeal for breakfast. Arrived about an hour before the start.
Just walked around a little bit and stretched.
