MY opinion... Seriously, is this a question?

Your parents likely took care of you until you were 17 or 18 years old. They probably did not ask you to repay them, nor do they expect it. Times and incomes were different then than they are now. I have children that are nearing your age. I don't expect them to do anything for me and I likely wouldn't accept it because I have ensured that my wife and I are taken care of, both medically and financially. My parents have done the same.

However, regardless of how well off they are, there will come a time when they must be taken care of and I do not look at that as a responsibility, I look at it as part of my life. It is what I expect of myself, because it is the right thing to do. They did not abandon me when times were tough. They did not let me go hungry or without a roof over my head because money was tight. They stuck it out and were there for me. I will be there for them, regardless of the situation.

I have a brother, I don't expect him to do as much. I do expect him to assist. I am the oldest and therefore I will bear more of whatever is required.

It is not an easy discussion to have with your sister, but it is one that should occur nonetheless. Regardless of her disposition, do what is right, always.
