Subject: RE: 1 Week Mini-Challenge This is my first time posting in challenges! I'm getting back into training over the last few months (no tris this year due to scheduling-I'm a resident and 80 hours a week at work and a husband and kids at home has a tendency to cut into training time ).
My goal for August was to do 900 minutes of exercise (about 30/day )-any kind, not just s/b/r. I had 2 weeks of vacation, with some long hikes and a round of golf, so I'm actually pretty close, which is good, since I'm now doing nights in the hospital and have far less exercise time. I have 128 minutes left to go, in 5 days, so it's about 25 minutes per day. Not easy, but probably doable.
I doubt I'll get that many minutes again until residency is over, but I'm hoping it will help make fitness into a habit!
