It was hotter than I thought it was going to be. My early pace was too fast which resulted in a last mile of 9:49.
What would you do differently?:

Pace better.

Pretty decent transition. It could have been faster. Stopped to pour water on my head. Had trouble with gloves and decided NOT to wear them.
