Good Morning BT

Well Back to the Pool for me today, practice  that High elbow Pull some more so it doesn't feel so weird.

Nice and sunny here today cool and bright, would have been a great day for a run D*MM.

Going to have to do some running tonight anyways as The dogs have an agility trial next week and I haven't practiced them for over a week, so I will probably strap on the new Brace and run them a bit tonight just so they don't forget what they have  to do next week.

Have a great day all and safe training.

It was a nice sunny day here too and I was having a great run until right at the end I managed to not lift my foot high enough to clear the broken sidewalk. Toe busted pretty bad, little bit of road rash, and for now hurt pride, hopefully the toe isn't as bad as it feels right now, probably gonna lose that toenail, hopefully not broken, that toe has been broken pretty bad before.

Finally felt like I was getting into a good running groove too, frustrating.

I still managed 4 miles in 37 minutes.

Funday indeed!

6:00am:  60 min/18.5 miles on the KK
7:00am:  Insanity Upper Body Strength

I am officially offline for the next three days!  Girlfriend reunion in Phoenix starts in 3 hours--looking forward to friends, sun, wine and a whole lotta laughing (sadly, still over the same junior high jokes we told 30 years ago!  Good stuff!)  Have a great weekend and happy training!

Nice SUNNY day here in Illinois. Just getting into the Tri game, first time on the road bike in 3 years...

Felt great to get out and ride, enjoy some fresh air, can't wait for it to get a little warming, but I'm not complaining!

11.6 miles, 45 mins, 15 mph.

Now time to relax on the deck and enjoy the sun.

Closing the day from the west coast. 6 mile run in the rain after girls went to sleep. Nice way to end the week.
