Going on the radio soon to talk abut Boston

I am a regular caller and sometimes guest on a local news station show where the host is a friend. He asked me to call in today to talk about the spiritual response to terror as well as he atmosphere at large races. I'll be on 1070am wkok a bit after 9am. I hope I have something of value to offer while we're still in chaos. As I had to go to a home death last night with a family who has been watching their mother slowly die for days, it was a peaceful "this is the way life should end, elderly surrounded by family, without pain" kind of night that I've been part of many times. I unplugged from social media and came home to find out that the local folks I was worried about are indeed safe. My friend who averages sub-3hours had an injury and crossed at 4:12. His wife was at the finish at the blast time waiting for him. They are both unharmed.

Anyway, being asked as a friend of the show who has been on to talk about spirituality and health changes, I was Mark's go to guy to get something to say today. Not sure I have the most brilliant thoughts, but I'm going to give it a shot. We're online live at wkok.com
