Sense of bad-assness? (my personal favorite) Let that be your motivator. THink about it when you are contemplating a workout. Put it on your desk at work. Set it to pop up in your e-mail calendar daily. I love the quote below because I think it ecapsulates why alot of people DON'T even try triathlon or marathons...it definitely motivates me to not try be better than someone else, but to try my best to be better than ME. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. |
