Nothing, which kind of worried me because it was so chilly. Got lucky and ended up being okay.

Warm down:

Walked around a bit, signed up for the Bone Marrow Registry and then ran the course again, this time much slower this time.

Event comments:

Although this was a PR for me, I did not go all-out on this since this was not an important race for me, but now I'm wondering how fast I really could have run it had I pushed myself to the wall. I'm pleased as punch though, so I'll not be losing sleep over it.

Missed 3rd place in my age group (and a sub-8 min pace by just 8 seconds). Now I'm kind of wishing I had pushed a little harder - oh well.
