Subject: Ironman Medals
I want to do an ironman next year and while i know it isnt all about the medal i thought it would be fun for everyone to post theirs.

I am just interested to see what they all look like.

During the race there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange bottles, so I'm thinking about going with the aero bottle and Gatorade bottle and fill up as necessary. What should I do?

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
