Comments: I hate 5k's. I always feel like I am going to die. Really felt my blood pressure rise into my head cause it was so hot. I really could have used another water stop. I did maintain a good cadence and I liked the speed, but just wished I could be faster. What would you do differently?: This was my first night race. I would eat better in the afternoon and drink more before the race. I will also have to try to do a warm up run before a race to see how that feels,  Post race

It was not very organized. Left work, drove, stopped by the house for a snack and a nap. Ate a granola bar in the car on the way.
