Subject: Request for links at bottom of pages

I know it's been mentioned before - and now that you can go back and forth between pages within a thread at the bottom of the page, can we PLEASE have the links to other forums back as well?

I know, I know - first world problems - but scrolling all the way back up to the top of the thread page to get back to the main forum menu, or even to the parent forum is a huge PITA.

Please bring this feature back.  PLEASE!!!

Does a degree or two difference between two frames(head and/or seat tube) really make that much of a difference when it comes to fit?

I suffer from pain in the bottom of my left heel after my run. It doesn't hurt when I run but as the day goes on the pain worsens.

The bottom of my feet, more specifically the arches, have been sore off an on for a couple of weeks. Should I be worried? Anything I should do to prevent this?

If you have the desire to get better you should think about implementing some sport rotation into your season. Letting your body focus on one event at time will help it adapt more quickly.
