Swim
  • 26m 41s
  • 1640 yards
  • 01m 38s / 100 yards
Comments:

I was shooting for a 1:40 per 100 and was slightly off. I gave it all I had so I have some work to do to get to 1:40.
Transition 1
  • 01m 47s
Comments:

A little slower than I would like but I got everything on and off smooth, I just need to speed it up!
Bike
  • 58m 38s
  • 24.3 miles
  • 24.73 mile/hr
Comments:

Way faster than any goal I ever had but I felt really good. Extremely happy with the ride.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Transition 2
  • 01m 10s
Run
  • 42m 28s
  • 6.2 miles
  • 06m 53s  min/mile
Comments:

Felt pretty good and hit just under my goal pace. HAd some stomach cramps at mile 3-4 that I couldnt drink anything through. The cramps went away and I was able to recover.
I probably could have pushed a little harder but my legs were feeling shot near the end.
Post race
Warm down:

Nothing. Had some fluids

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim and transitions.

Event comments:

I am extremely happy with my performance in this race. Being this is my first triathlon I think I made smart decisions and raced a great race.

I thought this was a very well organized and good event. I had no complaints at all. I will do this race again.

It’s a challenge to push yourself a little harder and a little further. Be proud of every workout that is accomplished and every step-even the baby ones-that you take on this course to the finishline.
