Subject: swimming weight loss
Question for BTers-during my Masters class, I've noted a1-2lbs weight loss after class. Class lasts 60-75 min; I have my bottle of electrolytes that I drink throughout the class. Is this appropro, should I be drinking more (or pre-hydrating more??)??

Not a big deal.. you can drink after. They don't have aid stations in the water during a Triathlon

Interval training for weight loss. Weight training for weight loss. These interval workouts can be done in 15 to 20 minutes and have huge caloric expenditures for those who are crunched for time.
