HBO: Newsroom (Spoilers)

Looking forward to the second season.

Great, now Jim and what's her name can hook up, and we can follow along on a silly love story news couple sub plot. I think the other guy just wants to hook up with Olivia Munn... duh.

So far, they had two episodes I think that went in reverse. Something happened and they used the rest of the show to explain it... those can be cool every now and then, but only for an episode... this season kicks off with something happening, and now already going over two episodes to explain... I really hope the season is not like this, or even half of it, because it just get's annoying.

So far, I am OK with the political leanings. They try to get some street cred by making Will a "conservative"... yet the writing is obviously liberal. Now it is OK, for them to have Will "question" where conservatisim is going, and maybe finding that there is room for improvement... but all I know, is that in media in general... Holywood or NY.... you never see any liberals with street cred "questioning" where liberalisim is going and finding that there is room for improvement. Funny how that happens.

Not enough to turn me off though. Still really like it, and the dialogue is probobly some of the best anywhere.
