ABOUT
Wow.  Major work this month for these strength graphs.  You can FULLY and COMPLETELY analyze any part of your strength program now - of course pending you log it and log it completely.  If you don't log 'weight' data but only 'sets and reps' per exercise, that data will be treated as zero in some of these graphs.

(If you don't know how to log strength data, see 'The Strength Matrix')

WHERE TO FIND?
In your training log, go to the 'graphs' link at top right and select 'strength' from the hover option.  Below is the entire list and also some sample graphs.

WHO GETS WHAT?
All members get the first 5 graphs that let you analyze some common metrics (set, rep, reps/set, cumulative weight and avg total set weight) per individual exercise.  Performance members (bronze, silver and golds) get the whole shebang where we have a 'strength analyzer' and 'average rep weight' data - key to see if you're getting stronger.  You can also filter by 'max weights per 1 set' and see histograms of your weight-lifted by reps over a time period.  Plus you see aggregate 'by total exercise (by muscle group breakdown)' and 'total body'.  Then we throw-in some pie graphs as everyone loves pie.

Besides the graphs, we had to do a lot of changes to other pages, please let us know if any issues arise.  We tested as thoroughly as we could.

We have also done a lot of modeling of these new graphs so we hope all of our number jive with your logged strength and the graphs.  Again, please verify your numbers to make sure everything is summing correctly.

I WILL COME OUT SOON (a week?) WITH A TUTORIAL EXPLAINING THE GRAPHS, WHAT THE NUMBERS REPRESENT AND HOW THEY CAN BE USEFUL.  Most should be intuitive, some will need some explanation.

The graphs will only be as good as how detailed the data is that you log!  Of course depending on your particular strength plan or how high you value it, some graphs will help you, some will be irrelevant.

Post any question here in the meantime.  I better not get asked to make another graph!

See what's happening per muscle group on all metrics:

The following is too cool, let's you see how any metric relates as part of your total body:

And my favorites:

WOW...I am convinced that YOUR day has more than 24 hours in it like mine. I am not sure WHEN you find the time to do all that you do (and train too).

Thanks for these wonderful additions. I am excited to log strength workouts now. Wait, did I just say that? Excited to log strength??? YES! Thanks again!

Looks like you have been putting in some serious overtime.  And yet another reason why I'm glad I'm here.

Thanks Ron!!!
