Comments: Best Swim to Date. What would you do differently?: Work on swimming with a Coach Transition 1
Comments: Best Transition to Date Pretty happy What would you do differently?: Glasses fell apart, Make sure they are not loose before taking off to swim. Bike
Comments: Everything went well on the bike. Heart rate staying in correct range. Top bike of the day at least from looking through results. Not posted on results where I ranked exactly, but went through top 10 in all ages. What would you do differently?: Get a power meter to better judge effort to have a better run. Transition 2
Comments: Happy cut off 1.5 mins off last transition. What would you do differently?: Different Socks to run Run
Comments: Really fell apart last 2.5 miles near cramping so had to back off. Last couple of miles were almost 10 min/mile. Very disappointed after a much better run in Michigan. Did not feel over cooked off the bike, but did not ever feel like I got in a good running groove. What would you do differently?: Powremeter for bike to make sure I pace it better. I am probably not good enough to have the best time of the day. Post race
Warm down: Drink Sprite and walk of nausea. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself, Maybe bike pacing, Maybe just a bad run day. Just need to put all three together. Last updated: 2013-06-21 12:00 AM
